Join us in the lobby of the Inn of Cape May — one of those grand old Cape May Victorians with a history you can feel the moment you walk in. Food and drinks are available at the bar, so order whatever you like, whenever you like. Look for our reserved section and the small Co. sign.
Whether you arrive right at 5:30 or drift in later, come as you are and stay as long as feels good.
No ticket. No agenda. Just good women in a beautiful room.
Co. Social Hours are monthly, free evening gatherings created for women who want connection without pressure.
No agendas. No awkward networking. No expectations to perform.
Each month, we gather at a new local space to unwind, connect, and spend time with other women who are building, leading, creating, and juggling a lot.
Come solo or bring a friend. Stay for 20 minutes or stay all night.

May Social Hours
In May we gathered outside at Beach Creek Oyster Bar & Grille in Wildwood, women around the cocktail tables, right on the water, eating and drinking and talking as the early-summer evening settled in. It was easy in the way you can’t really plan for. It just happens when the right women end up in the same place.
A few of us stayed a little longer. That’s when two women who’d come in just for dinner stopped by our tables on their way out to ask what all of this was. So we told them, and the conversation kept going. They’d recently moved to the shore from Philadelphia, both in real estate and property management, and were happy to finally be meeting more women in business close to home.
That’s the whole thing, in one moment. You don’t have to be invited. You don’t have to know anyone. You just have to be in the room, or near it, and curious enough to ask.

April Social Hours
In April, we gathered at Queen Jayne’s Lounge & Royal Drinkery in Somers Point, an intimate, upscale lounge with the kind of warm atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer than you planned. They reserved a section just for us, and we settled in for the evening.
Good women. A great room. Conversation that didn’t need a prompt.

March Social Hours
Our March Co. Social Hours felt like exactly what it was supposed to be — a midweek exhale. We gathered at The Reed’s at Shelter Haven Lobby Bar in Stone Harbor, and the space did a lot of the work for us. Warm lighting, good drinks, and the kind of unhurried atmosphere that makes real conversation easy.
Women came in on their own time, found their people, and settled in. Some were familiar faces, some were brand new — and by the end of the evening, you couldn’t tell the difference. That’s always the goal.
No agenda. No pressure. Just women showing up for themselves and for each other.

January Social Hours
Our first Co. Social Hours kicked things off with relaxed conversation, new introductions, and exactly the kind of energy we hoped for easy, welcoming, and real.
Women came and went on their own schedules, stayed for meaningful conversations, and left feeling connected without being drained.
