Liz is a business owner, entrepreneur, and mother of two young children. With a background in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, she began her career in residential development before expanding her expertise over the past 20+ years to include financial management, business strategy, and operations consulting.

I founded Plan + Prosper Consulting with the belief that clarity and organization are the foundation of success. I’m a self-proclaimed spreadsheet enthusiast (and proud of it!) because I know that numbers tell a story—one that can solve problems, create opportunities, and drive businesses forward. To me, math isn’t just numbers on a page; it’s a powerful tool for making strategic decisions and achieving lasting success.
With over 20 years of experience in business across multiple industries, I’ve developed a deep expertise in financial management, business operations, and large-scale project oversight. I spent the majority of my career working for a diversified family business spanning residential development, hotels, restaurants, and beyond, which gave me firsthand insight into what it takes to build and sustain a thriving business.
I created Plan + Prosper Consulting to share that knowledge—helping businesses organize, strategize, and scale, while also guiding individuals toward financial stability and long-term success. Whether it’s structuring operations, optimizing finances, or tackling complex business challenges, I’m here to help my clients build a stronger, more profitable future.
Tori is a dedicated coach specializing in helping high-achieving, motivated women align their goals with their values and navigate the roadblocks keeping them from their version of success. She also coaches women-owned small businesses to identify and streamline operations involving analyzing their current workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies, and implementing systems that save time, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
With a background in events, operations, consulting, and training and development, she has built a career on solving complex challenges with actionable strategies. Her coaching approach combines practical, science and research-based strategies with deep personal reflection, blending head and heart to help her clients achieve meaningful growth.
Whether navigating career transitions, launching, managing or scaling a business, or finding overall balance in life, Tori offers the guidance and support high-achieving women need to thrive. Her motto: work smarter, not harder and leave plenty of room for the fun stuff!
As the co-founder of Co., Tori is passionate about fostering a sense of community and creating opportunities for women to thrive. She co-founded the group to pull women out from behind “the screen” and join in-person events designed to educate, inspire and support their ambitions. She strongly believes in giving women a platform to connect, share their voices, and build legacies that align with their values. By providing the right tools and support, Tori has helped countless women grow their businesses and redefine success on their own terms.
But of all the things she has done, Tori most loves her role as wife and mother to two young boys. When she isn’t coaching or hosting events for Co. she enjoys being with family and friends, hanging on the beach, skiing, gardening and working on her own self-improvement.
